Owners can choose to be either a Gold Car member or a Platinum Card member. The owner will make this decision at the time of purchasing their new certified Toyota.

As a Gold Card member you will receive one year of oil changes, one year of car washes, one year of tire rotations, one year towing, dent and ding repair and windshield coverage. You will also receive one year of identity theft protection for your whole family. The Gold Car member will also be privileged with lifetime multi-point inspections, lifetime pre-vacation vehicle check-up and a lifetime of free auto body shop estimates. At the time of purchase the owner will get 10,000 points added to their rewards program. Anytime a referral purchase is made the member will get 20,000 points. For every dollar spent in service the member will also get bonus points.

Platinum card members receive all of the same benefits of the Gold Card members; but all of the complimentary services are good for three years instead of one. Plus at time of purchase the member will get 20,000 points added to their card, as well as receive 40,000 points for any referral purchase.

The points accumulated by the Owner Rewards Program can be used towards the cost of a service or the purchase of a new vehicle at Germain Toyota. For every dollar spent in the service bay of Germain Toyota the member will get five points added to their card. For every 10,000 points the card has you can get $50 off at the service department. Every 10,000 points will get your $100 off in the purchase of a new vehicle.

Germain AdvantEdge also offers six different protection plans as part of its goal to enhance the ownership experience. The Environmental Protection Plan will keep your car looking ‘showroom new’ by protecting against acid rain, tree sap, bird droppings and loss of gloss. The interior protection plan will ensure repair of anything that happens in the interior of your car including drink spills, food stains, tears or burns. Paintless dent repair will fix any dent in your car without paint to keep your car looking new from beginning to end. The tire and wheel protection plan will cover the repair or replacement of tires and wheels that are damaged by road hazards. This plan also includes tire mounting and balancing. Roadside assistance gives the owner peace of mind when they are driving around by ensuring towing to the destination of your choice, emergency service, gas or fluid delivery or flat tire, dead battery or lockout assistance. The windshield repair protection plan will repair or replace any windshield with chips or cracks from rocks or road debris. Windshield repairs can be done at the dealership, home or office. These different protection plans are just another way Germain AdvantEdge offers peace of mind to its many satisfied customers.
